PRODUCT
All items are brand new and free sized unless stated.
Items sold are non-refundable but an exchange will be done if the item is found defected.
Replacement of the same product will be made for items that are deem as defected by The Madhatters. Customers are required to submit pictorial proof and replacement is subjected to The Madhatters approval.
The replacement can only be made with the same item. However, if there is a shortage of stock, another item with a same price will be offered for exchange at the discretion of Madhatters.
We will refund or exchange any defected items if it is being mailed to us within 7 days after purchase. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
The Madhatters reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion.
PRICING
All prices stated are non-negotiable and exclusive of postage charges.
Reservations and trades are strictly not allowed.
For registered local mail, there’s an additional charge of $2.25 per parcel.
$0.50 will be added for every subsequent item.
Standard items are tops, light bottoms (shorts and short skirt ), dress, necklaces, rings, belts
Bulky items: bags, jeans, jackets, pants and shoes. We will bill you separately.
In any cases where parcel have to be return / exchange, the customers are liable to pay for the mailing of items back.
ORDERING SYSTEM
Orders will only be taken in via site only, we will not entertain orders send in via emails, msn, facebook.
Please fill in the order form if you are interested in purchasing any item(s). Once orders are received, buyers are obligated to see through the transaction. Buyers who back out after order forms are received, will be blacklisted as deadbuyers,
PAYMENT
Please take note that by submitting the order implies your intention of confirming the item(s).
Thus, item(s) not paid within the timeframe of 24hours (starting from the time the invoice is sent to you), unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up back for sale thereafter.
All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.
Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended.
However, if you’ve made an ATM transfers, please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and email it to us together with your payment details. ATM transfers without snapshot of receipt will be treated as no order.
Should you be unable to take a picture of your receipt, do inform us beforehand. We will likely request you to make a unique amount to transfer such as $26.51 so it definitely stands out from the rest and we will know who the transfer belongs to.
However, if this situation is not resolved, the last solution is to get the bank to do a conference call regarding the issue.

We will take actions against fraud cases. So please do not claim that you have done the payment if you did not make any.

DELIVERY
Paid orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days from the day you receive the "Payment Verified" e-mail.
Registered mail is highly recommended as The Madhatters will not be responsible for lost parcels if customers opt for normal postage.
A return address will be on the back of every parcel before they are sent.
Parcels are send via Singpost. The Madhatters will not be held liable for lost parcels/delayed on Singpost’s side.
SIZING
Additional images will not be provided, if still unsure about the sizing, do refer to the model’s stats as well as the measurements provided for each item.
The Madhatters makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site.
However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

All information such as name, address, contact & email address are confidential and will not be release to third party or sold of as contacts information.
